Bespoke polythene packaging

Each of our clients has slightly different requirements for their polythene packaging. We’re able to accommodate most requests to produce a bespoke solution.

We can produce your packaging in a range of different colours, sizes, gauges and shapes. We can print on it. We can supply it on rolls or as individual items. We regularly produce food-grade packaging. We can also custom-make volatile corrosive inhibitor (VCI) polythene packaging to give anti-rust protection to metal products.

Polythene sheeting

Perfect for general protection during storage or transit, we can supply polythene sheeting on a roll. We can supply sheeting flat, or with a centre-fold to reduce the width of the roll making it easier for storage. Choose with or without perforations.

Available clear or coloured, polythene sheeting is perfect for cover sheets, top sheets, layer sheets and liners.

Industrial polythene bags

Also known as poly bags, we can supply industrial polythene bags loose or perforated on rolls. They’re ideal for protecting products against dust or moisture, and for waste disposal. They are available in different grades up to 250 micron. Food grade bags are available.

Popular uses of our industrial polythene bags include waste sacks, furniture covers, rubble sacks, liners and garment covers.

Polythene layflat tubing

Polythene tubing, supplied on a roll, gives you the flexibility to make your own bags to any size. You simply need a heat sealer. We can supply polythene layflat tubing up to 250 microns in a range of colours and widths.

Heat shrink wrap

Heat shrink wrap, also known as PE shrink film, is ideal for wrapping pallets or bulky and awkwardly shaped goods to provide stability and protection. All you need is a shrink gun to tightly wrap your goods.

We can supply heat shrink wrap on rolls in various widths.

Polythene liners

Square-bottomed or block-bottomed polythene liners are ideal for lining boxes and bins for easy storage and disposal of items. They are specially shaped to fit efficiently within a container and give maximum volume.

Small polythene bags and layflat tubing

We can supply plain coloured and printed small polythene bags and mini grip bags as well as bespoke handmade bags and sheets. We can also offer layflat tubing, all made to order. Small runs and custom sizes are our speciality.

Bubble bags

We manufacture large and small bespoke bubble bags. Please contact us with your sizes and we will quote accordingly.

Scrap polythene
